i) Product Information
The information on this site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, product picture, pricing and availability. In the event an error occurs, it will be corrected immediately. STUN PC TRADING reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).
ii) Pricing Policy
This site contains a large number of products. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the products on the site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order or proposing similar product replacement.
We will not process your order until we receive your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious or unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we are not obliged to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price. If you do not agree to the revised price, order will be cancelled and money will be refunded to you in full amount.
- STUN PC TRADING reserves the right to correct any errors published on the website at any time.
- Prices shown are in Ringgit Malaysia and do not include delivery charges.
- Do note that prices shown on STUN PC TRADING's site are valid for online purchase only.
iii) Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by STUN PC
In the event customer has placed an order and the item is out of stock or EOL (end of life), we will inform you the estimated time of arrival, suggest you to consider other similar model/brand, or cancel and refund to you. Once customer order cancellation is approved, customer will be required to fill up a refund form and email back to STUN PC TRADING (stunpctrading@gmail.com) to process the refund. Kindly be informed that banking process may take up to 14 working days.
Cancellation Request
Customer can request for order cancellation via email (stunpctrading@gmail.com). Once the cancellation has been approved, customer will be required to fill up a refund form and email back to STUN PC TRADING (stunpctrading@gmail.com) to process the refund.
- Cancellation will not be accepted once the online order has been shipped out.
- Cancellation request by customer will be subjected to 5% restocking charges or RM10 minimum restocking charges (whichever higher) that will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Cancellation will be subjected to terms & conditions of the supplier.
- Kindly be informed that banking process may take up to 14 working days.
iv) PWP Policy
From time to time, we run PWP (purchase with purchase) promotions for purchase above a certain amount spent. For example, customer has to spend min RM100 to be eligible to purchase the PWP item at a very special price as indicated by the deal (min spend may change, based on individual promotion). PWP item is limited to 1 unit per customer. Customer must choose the PWP item and make payment in the same transaction. PWP promo is not valid after payment is made.
v) Privacy Policy
Collected information
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
Consent
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you have given us consent to collect it. After a purchase is made, we may send you emails periodically about our store, new products, latest promotions and other updates.
If you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, use or disclose your information, at any time, by contacting us at stunpctrading@gmail.com.
Changes to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
vi) Invoice
1. Missing Invoice
In the event that we miss out your physical invoice, please email us (stunpctrading@gmail.com) within 7 days after receiving your parcel, so that we can email you a softcopy free of charge (1 time only). Please note that after 7 days, you will not be entitled to a free re-print of the invoice.
2. Re-Print of Invoice (Softcopy)
Kindly email us (stunpctrading@gmail.com) first before paying for the reprint of a STUN PC TRADING invoice, so that we can provide you with reprint instructions. Before proceeding to request a reprint, kindly ensure that the item was purchased from STUN PC TRADING. Please note that a processing fee of RM5 will be charged and no refund will be given after the reprint.
vii) Forfeit of Order
Self pick-up orders must be collected within 90 days from the purchase date. Failure to collect the order within the 90 days timeframe will result in the forfeit of the order and with no refund.
viii) Installation of Hardware
No installation service is provided unless stated in the product description.
ix) Free Gift
Free gifts are given on a complimentary basis and are not entitled to exchange and warranty. During promotions, free gifts may be limited to only 1 unit per customer.
Customers are sometimes required to redeem at a 3rd party service website, depending on the individual brand's promotion. STUN PC TRADING will not assume any responsibility or liability for the redeemed gift or items by third party services.
STUN PC TRADING may include links or access to third party services. Such access will not be construed as an endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation. STUN PC TRADING exercises no control whatsoever over such other third party services, and is not responsible or liable for the availability, functioning, or quality thereof or the content, advertising, products or other materials thereon. STUN PC TRADING will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss (including data loss) incurred or suffered by you in connection therewith. Your access and use of third party services, including information, material, products and offers therein, is solely at your own risk. Use of third party services may require your agreement to separate written terms and conditions.
STUN PC TRADING shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay or non-delivery of a gift item.
STUN PC TRADING reserves the right to alter, cancel, extend, terminate or suspend the redeemed item or any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms and conditions from time to time, with or without any prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the redeemed item, the decision of STUN PC TRADING shall be final.
If the choice of gift item(s) is/are unavailable, reason being the item(s) is/are temporarily out of stock or discontinued, STUN PC TRADING or vendors have the right to replace it with a substitute of similar value. All gift item(s) are available only while stocks last.
x) Online Voucher Code
Online voucher codes are valid for online usage only and valid while stocks last.
STUN PC TRADING reserves the right to alter, cancel, extend, terminate or suspend the redeemed voucher code or any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms and conditions from time to time, with or without any prior notice.
