Shipping Policy
Shipping Address
We currently only provide shipping within Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak).
We will ship to addresses provided in the billing address or shipping address during your purchase. Please ensure that a correct address and reachable phone number are provided when completing your order.
We shall not be liable for any losses or damages in the event an incorrect shipping address or unreachable phone number is provided.
Please note that the shipment delivery lead time and self pick-up lead time will start on the next working day after your purchase.
Self Pick-up
Self pick-up is available at our Sunway Geo Avenue, Subang Jaya office. You will be notified when the product is ready for pick-up, via WhatsApp/SMS/Email/Phone Call.
- Self pick-up orders must be collected within 60 days from the date of purchase. Failure to collect the order within the 60 days timeframe will result in the forfeit of the order and with no refund.
- This self pick-up policy is for STUN PC TRADING online store purchases only.
Shipping Time
All orders are delivered through our designated courier service providers.
If a customer orders large or bulky items, we reserve the right to cancel as the courier service may not be able to fulfil the order. However, customer can always opt for self pick-up at our selected outlets.
STUN PC TRADING will use its reasonable endeavours to ship out your order within the stated time frame, however STUN PC TRADING may not be able to ensure that these time frames will always be met, as many factors may affect the delivery schedule.
For Peninsular Malaysia
It usually takes between 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday) for goods to arrive at your destination. The shipment will be delivered during office hours between 9.00am to 5.00pm on weekdays only.
Subject to limitation of courier service. In the event of a holiday, sale event or natural disaster, the delivery might be delayed.
For East Malaysia
It usually takes between 4-7 working days (Monday to Friday) for goods to arrive at your destination. The shipment will be delivered during office hours between 9.00am to 5.00pm on weekdays only.

For Pre-Order
We may not be able to guarantee the estimated shipping date for a pre-order item. We will ship out the pre-order item the moment it arrives.
Pre-orders may also be delayed subject to processes/approval from the Malaysian Customs Department or any Malaysian governmental agency.
- Kindly be informed that due to festive seasons (e.g. Christmas, Chinese New Year & Hari Raya), online orders received are not guaranteed to arrive on time. The delay may be due to the cut-off date set by our third party courier service provider or overcapacity.
- STUN PC TRADING does not accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays caused by our third party delivery courier service providers.
Tracking Number
Once we have processed the order, you will receive a tracking number.
The courier company may take up to 48 hours to update the tracking number into the tracking system. Please contact us again if you are still unable to track your order.
Risk of Loss
Every parcel delivered carries a risk of being misplaced or damaged. It is strongly recommended to purchase additional insurance coverage, especially for high-risk products, as each parcel only has basic coverage. In the event of such cases, we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, it is advisable to check with your neighbours and family members to confirm if they have received the item on your behalf.
Risk of loss will be passed to the customer once the carrier service provider picks up the parcel, or once the customer self pick-up the item at the outlet. For claimants of basic insurance, please contact the respective courier service directly.
