Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by STUN PC

In the event a customer has placed an order and the item is out of stock or EOL (end of life), we will inform you of the estimated time of arrival, suggest you consider another similar model/brand, or cancel and refund to you. Once customer order cancellation is approved, customer will be required to fill up a refund form and email it back to STUN PC TRADING (stunpctrading@gmail.com) to process the refund. Kindly be informed that the banking process may take up to 14 working days.

Cancellation Request

Customer can request order cancellation via email (stunpctrading@gmail.com). Once the cancellation has been approved, customer will be required to fill up a refund form and email it back to STUN PC TRADING (stunpctrading@gmail.com) to process the refund.

  • Cancellation will not be accepted once the online order has been shipped out.
  • Cancellation request by customer will be subjected to 5% restocking charges or RM10 minimum restocking charges (whichever higher) that will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Cancellation will be subjected to terms & conditions of the supplier.
  • Kindly be informed that the banking process may take up to 14 working days.
